24/7/2011 ALL SCOUT MEMBER
All leaders, members , here are some of my advice to you all.
-the most important is you all must be cooperate with each other, try to refresh back the time when I starting to become the leader of this beloved scout team.
-then, leader must be listen to other person’s ideas
-leader must know how to control all the members
-when come to scout activity we must bring along the happiness feeling and back with satisfy mood.
-if there is problem appear, all must sit down and discuss , find the best way to solve the problem, don’t quarrel because of silly problem.
-this scout team is not just belong to the leader but it is belonging to all of us, so are you want to destroy your own house?
-scout activity sure will get marching, camping, playing, dancing and the other. To be successfully organize or join all the activity, we must be cooperate, energy of one group of people is powerful then one person alone energy
-a scout team without members or without leaders also can’t be a perfect team. So both also need to be cooperate.

Remember, (apa yang penting......kerjasama) , cooperation is the best way to solve problem and cooperation will make us successful.

Please forgive me if I got do or write something the influence your emotion. Don’t blame me because of me too ‘’kap siao’’ lo.
