DON’T GIVE UP WHEN MEET ANY PROBLEM

7/6/2011 (Tuesday), today I do revision on biology. In the starting, I feel that biology is very difficult and when I read through the note, my mood become bad and bad. Then whatever I read, all I cannot remember. Because of this, I close the note and go for a walk. Suddenly, my brain refreshes back some my memory when I study at S.J.K(C). Pekan Lama. I still remember every day after school, I would buy ice-cream from an uncle. The uncle name is 林伯伯, his age now I feel about >70 or > 80 already. If for normal person, now I feel uncle lim already can stay in home and enjoy his life already. But he still cycles his bicycle and goes to usual places for sell his ice-cream. Every time when I buy ice-cream from him, uncle lim will give me extra ice-cream, he bring many happiness to me. I am very happy because I get the chance to meet you, I feel proud to you-uncle lim and I respect you very very much.




His spirit make me awake that I can not easy to give up. He already so old but still working, I now just 18 years old, so should I give up study biology? After I ask myself this question, I become more concentrated in what I read through and become more relax already. Hopefully uncle lim stay in pink and take care your health uncle lim. Uncle lim like a kind of power that make me not easy to give up when meet any problem.

HEALTHY LIFE STYLE IS THE MOST IMPORTANT

7/6/2011(Tuesday), today I just look through an article from internet and I felt that this part was very important. When we saw the lifestyle we will feel that were very easy, but we often forget it. Therefore, at here I advise people don’t forget to practice it(healthy life style).


Lifestyle Changes will Prevent Future Constipation
• Getting an appropriate amount of exercise each day is recommended to encourage bowel movements.
• Drinking at least 8 cups of water each day will help to prevent constipation by keeping your bowels hydrated.
• Drinking hot water, coffee, or tea can cause you to feel like making a bowel movement.
• Include fiber-rich food in your diet. This includes bran, fruits, and vegetables. Refer to the FDA website for advice about nutrition and a balanced diet.
• Set aside a regular time each day, an hour or so, for evacuation of bowels. About an hour after waking up is good. Sit down for 10 minutes, even if you don't feel a movement. Try to relax and release the muscles in your abdomen. Don't strain.
• If the changes in your diet and lifestyle are not helping, use mild stool softeners occasionally. Refrain from using laxatives until they are absolutely necessary. It is possible to become dependent upon them, as they actually begin to cause constipation with extended use.

Schedule an Exam
• Call the doctor's office and schedule an appointment if the constipation persists despite your attempts at self care, especially if the constipation is a change in your normal bowel patterns. Changes of that nature could be caused by cancer. Also, call the doctor if along with the constipation you are experiencing fever or stomach pain.

Confirm study STPM already

Today 4/6/2011 (Saturday), result for appeal of matriculation come out already, and I am not in the list. I feel very angry and disappointed at that time, but after my family gives me some advises I become more cool down and rational. My mum tell me that I didn’t in the list of matriculation is better, because certificate of STPM is recognize by all university either in Malaysian or oversea. But certificate of matriculation is just recognizing by Malaysian university only. Besides that, students who complete the STPM is much more knowledgeable compare to matriculation students, however matriculation sure got students that who are very good in study ones. Therefore, starting from now me will try my best and put all my effort in STPM. I hope that I can get a very very good result in 2012.

MEET THREE NURSES WHO ARE VERY FRIENDLY

1-6-2011 (WEDNESDAY), today I take care my grandfather who now stays at Hospital Sultan Abdul Halim. I stay at there start from 2.00pm until 7.30pm. Within this period I meet three nurses, they are ‘Hajar’, ‘Aminah’, ‘Hajimi’ . At there, we chat about my education, their hometown, their education experience and other. Because of them, I am not so lonely because got someone to chat with me. Besides that, I also feel very happy because got three new friends.

They are coming from Kelantan, Negeri Sembilan and Terengganu. They also call me write their name in mandarin, so here are the name that I suggest:
Hajar-哈家-facebook (Micciey Pinky)
Aminah-阿米娜-facebook (Atiey Lavender)
Hamizah-哈密炸
Besides that, me also teach them some simple mandarin words. They are very funny and playful. They also call my grandfather with mandarin (公公). This make me and my grandfather laugh at there.

We can meet each other because we got jodoh. We must know to appreciate other by not care their jobs, religion, and other. Besides that, we also need smile to other people because this action won’t harm to our health but can bring happiness to the other including ourself.

This all are the memories of me and three friendly nurses. Hopefully we will meet again all kakak (jie jie).
